As a results-oriented design and development firm, it’s important for us to understand precisely what you are trying to achieve with your new website, print collateral, logo or whatever it was that prompted you to contact us.

Over the years we have refined our design and development process to help ensure a highly successful engagement with our firm. The process consists of the four basic steps:

Determine – Before we begin designing, we meet with you for a deep dive to determine your audience and goals, as well as any specific requirements or possible restrictions. This strategic approach ensures a proper framework for the project while creating a synergy across your website, print collateral and corporate identity pieces to achieve maximum results.

Design – Once we have a firm understanding of your goals and the project has been properly scoped, we get to work right away on creating the initial designs. We’ll deliver these custom designs quickly and always with an eye toward the strategic message you want to communicate.
 
Develop – After collaborating with your team to further refine the design concepts, we get to work developing the final designs. If we’re creating a website for you, we also begin extensive usability testing at this stage. Regardless of the project, we work hard to create clean innovative solutions tailored to your business, and developed to deliver results.

Deliver – When we’re done with the final pieces, we deliver all hard copies and electronic files to the client. If it’s a printed piece, we’re happy to work with printers to get you the quantity you need.  For web projects, this step involves “going live” with your website by moving it from our staging server to its permanent hosted location.
